What we've shipped

A running record of the features, improvements, fixes, and infrastructure we put into production. No roadmap promises here — just what's actually live.

  1. Feature

    Character & Scene Library

Reusable, locked character and scene reference sheets that auto-inject into every generated video segment for visual continuity across a sequence.

The video studio now carries a Character & Scene Library. You define a character or a scene once as a locked reference sheet, and that reference is automatically injected into the prompts for each generated segment.

The goal is visual continuity: the same character and the same setting hold their look across a multi-segment sequence instead of drifting from clip to clip. References live alongside the project, so they can be reused on later segments and across sequences.

  2. Feature

    Programmatic SEO Landing Surfaces

Industry hub pages, per-division angle pages, and competitor-comparison routes generated from typed content collections — each page schema-validated at build time.

We stood up a programmatic-SEO scaffold for the marketing site. Industry hub pages, per-division “service for industry” angle pages, and competitor-comparison routes are all generated from typed content collections rather than hand-built one at a time.

Each entry is validated against a strict schema at build time, so a thin or malformed page fails the build instead of shipping. Cross-product pages render division-specific copy where it exists and fall back to generic copy where it doesn’t, and the routes are picked up by the sitemap automatically.

  3. Infrastructure

    Per-Domain Inbound Email

Per-domain outbound sending plus an inbound webhook that routes replies into contacts, with DKIM, SPF, and DMARC provisioning and verification baked into the flow.

Client email now runs per domain. Outbound sending is provisioned per domain, and an inbound webhook routes replies back into the contacts pipeline so conversations land where the work is managed.

DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records are provisioned and checked as part of setup, so a domain is verified before it starts sending. This replaced the earlier single-relay approach and gives each client a clean sending reputation on their own domain.

  4. Improvement

    Marketing Site Visual Elevation

A visual pass on the marketing site — bento grid, scroll storytelling, a gradient-mesh hero, view transitions, and CTA micro-interactions — on the same dark, gold, and blue identity.

We took the marketing site from “clean dark” to something with more depth, without changing the underlying identity. The work includes a bento-grid layout, a scrolling story timeline, a gradient-mesh hero background, site-wide view transitions, and micro-interactions on the primary calls to action.

It all sits on the existing dark, gold, and blue palette and the existing type stack — no new colors, no new fonts. The elevation is in the composition and motion, not a rebrand.
