Common questions.
What does "Early access — beta" mean for the tiers?
Etradewind is pre-revenue and onboarding our first paying tier customers. Beta pricing is locked-in for early-access customers — you keep the price even if we raise rates publicly. We are honest about being early; we are also shipping daily.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Annual subscribers can upgrade with proration; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No long-term commitment beyond the billing period you select.
How do per-channel publishing add-ons work?
Each tier ships with a baseline channel set. Add-ons let you turn on specific channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, blog, or email) without bumping tiers. Add-ons are flat monthly fees on top of your tier — no per-post or per-message metering.
Do I need done-for-you (DFY) services to use the platform?
No. The 3 self-serve tiers (Starter / Growth / Scale) are self-onboarded. DFY engagements are separate and quoted per project — pick the Custom tier if you want us to build, configure, or run your campaigns.
Do I need an AI provider account to use the platform?
Starter and Growth ship with managed AI included. Scale tier supports bring-your-own-provider — connect your own Claude, Gemini, Mistral, or Ollama key and you control the AI costs and data flow. We do not lock you into OpenAI.
How does the per-domain email infrastructure work?
We provision DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records on your domain so every campaign and auto-reply sends from yourdomain.com. You keep your sender reputation, your inboxes, and your audit trail. Setup is included in every tier; ongoing deliverability monitoring is included from Growth up.
How do I cancel?
Self-serve from your account at any time. Monthly subscribers stop at the end of the current cycle; annual subscribers can request a prorated refund within the first 30 days. No retention calls, no dark patterns.
